I wanted to stay away from being badass and post a peaceful image of lara on her journey ^^

That's.. an honor you think so.

To be honest, this piece does not really represent Lara much at all. Not the setting nor the character. It could be any other random picture with a hurt hunter walking in the woods. And while I am mentioning it, it doesn't look like she's hurt either.

Therefore this wasn't chosen nor does deserve a place in the contest.

Here I go, criticizing myself to a stranger, haha ^_^

Actually, the environment you have created and the rich colours you have brought on the table is excellent. However, I am wondering if the main focus should have been LaraCroft first? But truly, I do love the background a lot.
